For products that are still in stock on our site, we can offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery but are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees.

Any original shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for new shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Your return must be in original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For our limited edition products, we will honor returns and exchanges as long as the product is still actively listed as in stock on our website.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email info@theeventfullife.com. Once the product has been received and inspected we will issue a refund less shipping charges in the original payment method.

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your item, and we’ll be happy to help correct the problem with proof of damage. We can only process returns and exchanges on products that are in it's original condition and original packaging - so please check your order before wearing! We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is used or worn.
